Designed for use on pole fishing rigs, the Guru Olivettes provide the weight of the floats in a single, neat and condensed weight. By using a super dense tungsten material we have been able to create extra small, yet extremely dense weights that are significantly smaller than many other Olivettes on the market. This offers significantly less drag than larger Olivettes, better presentation and is more discreet on the rig.
We have deliberately dulled the appearance of these Olivettes, minimizing fish spooking in clear water. Rather than placing large amounts of shot on the line, which could damage the mainline material, the Guru Olivettes feature a soft protective central silicone sleeve that reduces any line damage, keeping the mainline in perfect condition.
Due to this in-line design, the Olivettes sit completely straight on the line, which not only ensures a tangle-free bulk weight, but also for optimal presentation. This design also means that it is impossible for the Olivette to get off the line if it encounters a problem or a lost fish.
We have strategically produced the Olivettes in 0.25 gram increments, allowing you to choose the correct Olivette weight to suit the size of rod float you are using, plus a locking baffle above and below the Olivette, along with the required droppers to shoot the ball perfectly.
